MapForm Properties

This dialog box allows you to customize the look of the MapForm editor and modify properties specific to the currently open MapForm object.
The selections on the form are separated into two categories (Input File and Visual) shown in the left-hand pane of the dialog box.


MapForm Properties - Input File

Map form properties dialog. Input file is selected from the tree on the left. On the right, you can specify the column and row counts and select the input data format from the drop down. You can also toggle pages to be separated by page break.

Most of the options found here are a subset of those that can be found in the Print Parameter properties. Here. you can select the character encoding system, modify the number of columns per page, select the format of the input data, modify the number of lines per page, and decide whether a page break should be sought for every page.


MapForm Properties - Visual

The map form properties dialog. Visual is selected from the tree on the left. On the right, select the area, defined below, and adjust the color of the selected area. The detail area is currently selected.

You are free to modify the colors used to represent specified areas of a MapForm. Current areas are "Detail," "Field," "Footer," "Header," and "Next Page".
